Welcome to Reputation Igniter. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “ToS”) carefully before using the website, custom dashboards, applications, or local automation tools (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Reputation Igniter, Inc. (“Reputation Igniter”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Services.

1. Description of Services

Reputation Igniter provides a specialized dashboard application designed to help businesses monitor, aggregate, and respond to local reviews, sync corporate entity data across third-party networks, and track local search visibility.

2. Integration with Google APIs & Third-Party Platforms

Our Services include features that interact directly with third-party platforms, specifically including the Google Business Profile APIs, Google Workspace, and Google Cloud infrastructure.

  • Authorization: By linking your Google account or specific Google Business Profile Location Groups to our platform via OAuth 2.0, you grant Reputation Igniter explicit permission to read location data, download review payloads, monitor listing health, edit profile attributes (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and operational hours), and publish review responses at your direction.
  • Compliance with Platform Rules: You agree to maintain active, valid credentials and comply fully with all native platform terms, including the Google Business Profile Third-Party Policies and Google’s Prohibited and Restricted Content policies.
  • Termination of Sync: You maintain complete control over your data access and may revoke our application’s OAuth tokens at any time directly through your Google Account security settings.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Actions

As a condition of your use of the Services, you warrant and agree that:

  • You either own or are the explicitly authorized manager of the local business listings you import into our platform.
  • You will not utilize our integration with Google APIs to automate review generation, purchase fraudulent reviews, or post artificial, deceptive, or malicious review responses.
  • You will not programmatically scrape, abuse, or bypass standard call thresholds assigned to our application endpoints.

4. Limitation of Liability and Platform Disclaimers

  • As-Is Basis: Our Services and integrations are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we utilize secure, production-approved API hooks, Reputation Igniter does not warrant that third-party integrations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or instantaneously synchronized.
  • Third-Party Actions: Third-party networks (including Google) modify their algorithms, listing display interfaces, and platform operating rules at their sole discretion. Reputation Igniter is not liable for structural changes, listing suspensions, data rejections, or automated profile updates executed directly by third-party platforms.
  • Review Responses: All responses posted to customer reviews through our dashboard are the sole legal responsibility of the user. Reputation Igniter holds no liability for the textual content of responses published by your account managers or staff.

5. Intellectual Property

The look, feel, proprietary database architecture, webhook structures, and source code of the dashboard remain the exclusive property of Reputation Igniter, Inc. and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute our platform tools without express written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
