Dear Owner,
I spent years responsible for mechanical systems on a warship, then building ferries as a project engineer. Plumbing and mechanical systems both times, just at a different scale than the systems your technicians touch every day.
Fourteen years ago, that engineering instinct moved into marketing. The thing that bothered me was how often the industry treated the perception of a company as separate from the actual company.
I don't think those should be separate.
Great marketing should not require pretending the company is something it isn't.
We built Reputation Igniter around the opposite idea: make more of the real business visible. You already have real jobs, real trucks, real technicians, real customers, and real expertise. Our work is about helping that reality become visible enough that the market can understand what kind of company you actually are.
We don't manufacture a reputation. We reveal one.
We don't force communication into standing meetings. You'll have direct access to us, and when something needs a conversation, we're available. I built it that way because that's the relationship I'd want if I were paying for it.
If that sounds like the kind of partner you're looking for, we may be a good fit. If it doesn't, I'd rather you find that out here.
Chris Lollini
Chief Reputation Engineer
Before Reputation Igniter existed, Chris ran a reactor mechanical division during a wartime deployment and later worked as a project engineer building Washington State Ferries.
The common thread was not marketing. It was systems: understanding how the parts interact, where failure happens, how information moves, and what has to be true for the whole thing to work.
That same instinct now gets applied to home-service businesses.
We do not work across ten industries because we have never needed to.
Every relationship, system, lesson, and pattern we keep learning gets reinvested back into HVAC and plumbing. Staying narrow lets us understand the business instead of merely understanding the marketing channel.
When your HVAC or plumbing company grows the right way, the impact does not stop with you.
Your family gets a stronger business. Your employees get a better place to work and a reason to stay. Your customers get served by people proud of what they do. Your community gets another durable company inside it.
That is part of why Brand Gravity matters. Reputation is not merely a marketing asset. It is a consequence of the kind of business you're building.
Reputation Igniter keeps specialists close enough to the client and the outcome to learn from what happens next.

Chris sets the strategic direction and stays close to the patterns that can change it. He gets involved when the consequence is bigger than the task.

Lora stays close to the relationships that make a business part of its community. She looks for the real people, partnerships, and local involvement that deserve to become more visible.

Maggie shapes how the evidence becomes understood outside the business. She works across brand and local media to turn what is genuinely interesting into something people can recognize, understand, and remember.

Tal looks across the work to protect the standard. Her job is to make sure our execution can withstand the same scrutiny we apply to the businesses we represent.

Isaac builds and watches the infrastructure that tells us whether the work is actually working. He connects systems, data, and performance so decisions can be made from what happened rather than what we hoped would happen.
